PERRY, Ga. (Farm Monitor) — As fewer Americans have direct connections to agriculture, educating consumers about where their food comes from has become more important than ever.
For the past 17 years, Nicole Duvall has helped bridge that gap through the Georgia Mobile Dairy Classroom, traveling across the state to give people of all ages a closer look at the dairy industry.
Duvall says those face-to-face interactions help consumers better understand the investment and commitment today’s dairy farmers put into their animals and operations.
