SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (FFA Today) — There was plenty of excitement at the Illinois FFA State Convention, where Illinois FFA State Reporter Ethan Bremmer reflected on a family legacy rooted in both agriculture and the National FFA Organization.
In his conversation with RFD News Anchor Eliza Petry, Bremmer grew up on his family’s farm and is the fifth generation to live on the operation. His family’s involvement in FFA inspired him to become an officer as well.
He also discussed how his experiences in FFA have helped him develop as a public speaker and leader.
Like National FFA officers, members of the Illinois FFA State Officer Team take a year away from school to dedicate their term to serving the organization.
