Cave-aged blue cheese breaks world record for most expensive cheese

The world record for the most expensive cheese has been broken!

The Cabrales blue cheese out of northern Spain now holds the title as the almost five-pound wheel sold for $32,000 dollars. That comes to more than $6,000 dollars per pound.

The record-breaking cheese contains cow, sheep, and goat milk. It was left to mature for eight months in a cave that was just 44 degrees.
