Dairy Month Spotlight: Silveira Family Passes Down a Passion for Holstein Production

Holstein USA recognizes the California dairy family for its commitment to caring for cattle and investing in the next generation.

Chowchilla, Calif. (RFD News) — Holstein USA is recognizing Silveira Dairy as this week’s American Farm Family, highlighting a California operation where the next generation is already taking an active role.

In addition to helping care for the herd, the family’s children participate in junior Holstein programs, where they show cattle and develop leadership skills.
