FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (RFD-TV) — An Arkansas FFA student is gaining hands-on experience in food processing through her Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE) at the University of Arkansas’ pilot processing plant.
Adalyn Hanning works alongside university staff to learn how food products move through the processing system. She says the experience has helped her build confidence while developing the skills needed in a professional workplace.
Hanning also says the experience has strengthened her time management skills and given her a better understanding of careers in the industry.
