Originally from the United States, Mills Stovall and his wife opened the Waimea Butcher Shop several years ago to be a one-stop shop for premium beef cuts and house-made charcuterie.

They source and use locally raised and grown beef, produce and ingredients, which ultimately sets them apart from other establishments in Hawaii.
