FarmHER Holly Spangler’s Family Honored as the 2026 Illinois Beef Farm Family of the Year

The Illinois Beef Association recognized the western Illinois family for its dedication to the beef industry.

MARIETTA, Ill. (RFD News) — Farming has always been a family effort for John and FarmHER Holly Spangler (Season 5, Episode 12).

The couple runs a beef cattle operation with their children in western Illinois. Their dedication to the farm recently earned them the Illinois Beef Association’s 2026 Farm Family of the Year award.

The award honors beef producer families for their contributions to the industry and their communities.
