BOONE, Iowa (RFD News) — The Farm Progress Show wraps up after thousands attended the largest outdoor agricultural event in the United States.
RFD Network’s Kirbe Schnoor caught up with John Deere Senior Group Product Manager of Digital Service Experience Kent Brown for an update on Operations Center PRO Service.
Brown said the digital tool helps farmers diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment, with new features added over the past year.
Farmers can use PRO Service to work through step-by-step repairs, while an AI feature can search equipment manuals to help users find information more quickly.
Brown said John Deere plans to continue updating the platform as its use grows.
