MARYSVILLE, Calif. (RFD News) — What started as a hobby more than two decades ago has grown into a thriving business for California farmer Don Simoni.
Through Mushroom Adventures, Simoni ships grow-at-home mushroom kits nationwide while producing fresh mushrooms year-round for local farmers markets.
He said the business is designed to help people learn more about mushrooms and how they’re grown.
