Dairy Month Spotlight: Goat Milk Popsicles Bring Sweet Success to Texas Farm

The award-winning frozen treats are helping introduce consumers to goat milk in a new way.

NEEDVILLE, Texas (RFD News) — Farmers are always looking for new ways to add value to what they produce. At one Texas goat dairy, that journey led to a frozen treat helping introduce consumers to goat’s milk in a new way.

All We Need Farm is a goat dairy operated by Stacey and Jay Roussel. The farm is known for its award-winning goat milk popsicles, made with milk from its Nubian and LaMancha herds.

The pops are produced in small batches using real cane sugar and natural flavors, without preservatives, stabilizers, or high-fructose corn syrup.

Today, the popsicles can be found in select mom-and-pop stores throughout the area, with the Roussels making deliveries themselves.
