TOTAL TIME: 30 minutes
Ingredients
- 12 oz of ground beef (at least 93% lean)
- Half a cup of chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- Half a cup of prepared mild or medium taco sauce

Instructions

- Place phyllo shells on a rimmed baking sheet. Scoop the beef mixture evenly into the shells. Top evenly with cheese. Bake for 9-10 minutes, or until the shells are crispy and the cheese is melted.
Cook’s Tip: Cooking times are for fresh or thoroughly thawed Ground Beef. Ground beef should be cooked to an internal temperature of 160ºF. Color is not a reliable indicator of ground beef doneness.
