WASHINGTON, D.C. (RFD-TV) — The American Dairy Coalition is asking dairy farmers to weigh in on rising fuel costs as USDA develops its new agricultural relief program.
The American Dairy Coalition has launched two anonymous surveys to better understand the financial pressures facing dairy producers.
One focuses on fuel expenses tied to milk hauling, manure handling and daily farm operations, as concerns those costs could be overlooked in USDA’s $8 billion Harvest Fuel Relief Program.
The other looks more broadly at farm finances heading into 2027.
