KNIGHTDALE, N.C. (RFD News) — Parker Ag ships fresh produce to grocery stores across the country, but as the community around the farm continues to grow, Sami White and her family are also finding new ways to connect with customers closer to home.
White said the Wake County operation ships produce throughout the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico while continuing to serve local customers through its roadside market. The family also plans to offer preordered mixed vegetable boxes featuring seasonal produce.
White said some of the family’s most rewarding moments come from seeing neighbors enjoy fresh fruits and vegetables grown just down the road.
